Andaman and Nicobar Islands
Andaman and Nicobar Islands are the group of Islands located in Bay of Bengal. These islands are part of India. These islands have spread over a large area in Bay of Bengal.
The Andaman and Nicobar islands are famous for their natural habitats. Many species of plants, birds, animals which are native to Andaman islands.
The islands are famous tourism places many people visit this place every year. The main attractions on these islands are its natural environment as many of these islands are uninhabited and offer natural sight viewing for tourists.
Andaman and Nicobar islands offer activities like water sports, scuba diving and snorkeling to tourists.There are also many sanctuaries to visit in these islands.
Andaman and Nicobar Islands have many beautiful beaches. The beach on Havelock island is considered as one of the best beaches in Asia.
Also elephant riding facility is available on the beach. There are many more places to visit like Andaman Viper Island, Cellular Jail and Ross Island.
The tourism has been increasing every year on these islands. Indian people do not require any special documents to travel on these islands as they are part of India.
For food lovers delicious cuisines available which are mostly made from Sea Food.
The Andaman and Nicobar Islands are also home to some of the tribal population in the world. However many indigenous people died because of colonization of the islands the tribal people didn’t have the resistance to disease which the outsiders bought however some tribal people have still survived.
