Have you ever thought how many children can a single man have? Don’t worry here is the list of 10 men with most children.
10. Ramesses II
Ramesses II was an Egyptian Pharaoh who reigned from the year 1279 to 1213 BC. He is also considered to be the most powerful pharaoh of his kingdom. Ramesses had between 48 to 50 sons and 40 to 53 daughters. In total he had more than 162 children.
9. Mohammed Bello Abubakar
Mohammed Bello Abubakar was a Nigerian who had around 82 to 120 wives and fathered more than 170 children. Due to his controversial marriages he was arrested in 2008. However, he was released in the same year. In interview his wives claimed he was a good husband.
8. Sultan Ibrahim Njoya
Sultan Ibrahim Njoya was a king of Bamum in Cameroon. He ruled his kingdom from 1866 or 1887 till his death in 1933. He had around 600 wives and fathered 177 children.
7. “Louis” a Dutch Sperm Donor
A Dutch man who was born in Suriname donated sperm in between 1982 to 2002 at three clinics. He donated sperm more than the current limit of 25 donations. He had around 200 children in total.
6. King Sobhuza II
The king of Swaziland King Sobhuza was the longest reigning period of any king throughout the history. His father died when he was four months old and was chosen as the King. He ruled Swaziland from 1899 to 1982. He had 70 wives and 210 children.
5. Paul Elden Kingston
Paul Elden was the leader of Mormon fundamentalist Latter Day Church of Christ since 1987. He succeeded his father John Ortell Kingston as the leader of Kingston Clan. He had around 27 wives and 300 children.
4. Augustus II the strong
Augustus II the strong was the King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania. He had a son with his wife but, apart from his wife he many mistresses with them he had many children. The total number of children which he fathered is around 365 to 382.
3. Bertold P Weisner
Bertold P Weisner was an Austrian scientist who used his own sperm to impregnate his customers from the year 1943 to 1964. He is also the father of Eva Ibbotson. He had around 300 to 600 children.
2. Moulay Ismail Ibn Sharif
Moulay Ismail Ibn Sharif was the Monarch of Morocco. He ruled Morocco from 1672 to 1727. He had four wives and many concubines. He had around 880 children in total.
1. Genghis Khan
Genghis Khan was the founder of the Mongol Empire. He ruled the Mongol Empire from 1162 to 1227. He had around 2000 to 3000 wives and had around 1000 to 2000 children. Research shows that he is the ancestor of 0.5% of the world population.
